The Attr command line tool did not help either.

If you think this tool is doing stuff "under the bonnet" which you could not do any other way - you'll be dissapointed.

BUT if you want a tool that will do what attr does, but without the hassle of bringing up a command prompt or looking up the command flags - then this tool is probably fine.

Any pecieved bugs in this software are MORE LIKELY to be the fact that windows read-only flag in the folder context is actually meaningless, and a well know "bug" that is "working as intended" according to microsoft.]]>
